It has advanced equipment, first-class technology, accurate monitoring devices and perfect quality-guarantee systems, all of which not only meet the various casting production demands but also ensure the quality and quantity of its products and thus won praises from both home and abroad for the company.
      Now the company possesses 6 sets of ChongTian stove, 5 for 10T/h and 1for 10T/h. 8 sets of interactive furnaces with 4 for 40T/h, 1 for 6T/h, 2 for 4T/h, which adopts the most advanced PS series solid electrical supply. Besides, there are 5 sets of off-furnace desulphur and 1 set of thread-feeding disposal equipment.
      Advanced measures and monitoring devices such as electric lifting hook scale, heat analyzing devices and direct reading spectrum are applied in such important processes as molten iron dissolving and refining. The widely used off-furnace desulphur, Chongtian stove and furnace, to the largest extent, guarantee the stability of the molten iron.
      The Company has word advanced 1 set of 40T/h and 1 30T/h resin sand processing assembly lines, 2 set of 20 T/h and 10T/h. Controlled by PC, gas and power reproduction and sand temperature auto regulating devices, as much as 130 tons of regenerative sand can be processed per hour with its qualities greatly ensured and cost reduced. Besides, there are 3 sticky clay sand processing assembly lines. They are 1 for 20T/h, 1 for 10T/h and 1 for 5 T/h. Coupled with that, the company has 17 mixed sand tossing machines, 1 for 40T/h, 6 for 25T/h, 6 for 10T/h and 4 for 5T/h., especially the elevator style two arms consecutive resin sand machines adopt PLC auto quantitative compounding technology. Advanced sand motoring devices are also provided to monitor and control scientifically the raw material and its nature.
      The company also has perfect after-casting handling equipment, the company has 14 sets of various ball disposing machines and 5 casting heat treatment stoves. All equipment is provided with good dust removing systems; the company also provides 80 sets of door, bridge and ridge cranes ranged from 5 tons to 160 tons.
