Advanced equipment ensures the quality of the products, and the powerful research and development abilities are the guarantee of its excellent quality. The company insists on the principle that high technology is the drive of productive force, therefore, marketing and research and development of new products are greatly emphasized. In 2001, the Casting Technology Development and Research Center co-built with Qinghua University is assessed as a provincial level technological center. Liu Bai Cheng, an academician of China Engineering Academy and professor of Qinghua University is invited as the center’s honorary dean and the company’s consultant. Liyingxiang, doctor tutor of Qinghua University is invited as a concurrent dean of the research center and consultant of the company. Great attention has been paid to the introduction of talents and cultivation of its available staff; the company has formed a team of experienced high-tech technicians in years of practice.

The Technological Center is equipped with chemistry lab,sand type lab, mechanical feature lab, flaw detector lab, CAD/CAE, metal analysis lab, spectrum lab and physics lab. Over 50 sets of various monitoring and analyzing devices are responsible for the quality monitoring and development of the products.

　　The adoption of the latest CAD/CAE has greatly shortened the period from preparation to test-manufacture and improved the accuracy of technology design and reduced the production cost.
　　The latest development of casting technology both home and abroad are closely followed, new technologies are constantly researched and adopted by the company. In recent years, cooperative relationships have been established with Qinghua University, South China Technology University, China Science Academy and Ningbo University and new breakthroughs have been made constantly.
